- No refunds allowed
- No pets allowed (service animals are an exception)
- Repair is guaranteed within 3 days of service (must provide proof of purchase)
- $7 will be charged to your bill if polish bottle is broken
- We are not responsible for any left belongings or unattended children
- Please keep conversations and phone volumes quiet
- Due to the manufacturer's warranty, the maximum weight limit on the chair is 250 lb. Any patron exceeding this weight may be held liable for malfunction of the chair
- Due to the pandemic, we reserve the right to refuse any patron that has an open wound
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron that causes problems or disruptions to our spa
